Who Is Responsible For Solving All Of Life’s Problems?
What are the biggest problems facing the individual these days? Although they will vary from person to person, generally in the Western society I see the following four problems:
1. Unhappiness
2. Health issues (in the majority of cases this is a weight problem)

Memories Are Made Of This!
Catching Lightning Bugs in a jar on a late summer evening at dusk! The earthy smell of the country during a late evening drive! The first kiss with that special someone you just knew was THE one! The first time you held that new-born baby! Memories…they can make us sigh. They can make us laugh. They can make us cry. We cherish those memories and we hold them dear.

Devoted To Loving
I have counseled individuals, couples, families and business partners for the past 35 years and authored eight published books. Sharing Your Purpose With Others
There is a time for silence and stillness that stumbles upon our awakened state of being. It is at this time we may lurk in the background and move slowly with the wind that carries us. Gremlins are conceived through the passing along of negative or self defeating messages which have been internalized throughout life. Well meaning parents, teachers, siblings and associates who like our selves are challenged intermittently (more…)
How To Get Over Being Indecisive Once And For All. Maybe.
Anyone who’s ever been caught in the throes of indecision –and who hasn’t- knows that it can be downright maddening. Thinking about what to do, whether the decision is big … Should we buy this house? … or small … Do I want mashed potatoes or baked? … can become borderline obsessive. (more…)
The Advantages And Steps Of Goal Planning
Before you are going to do something, there is nothing as sensible as goal planning. A plan as we know it is something thought about and chalked out in advance before the real action takes place and is actually a recipe for success. Pretty good definition, huh? I made it up myself.
But then, the word ‘plan’ does not need much of a definition. (more…)
